6 months

It is difficult to believe that Silas arrived 6 months ago, and we are now halfway to his 1st birthday. He has changed so much. We have changed so much. I love every moment of this life (even the difficult times), because I know that I am evolving into a new person. And God willing, a worthy mother. Patrick and I are thrilled to be parents and I am so blessed to have him as my partner in this adventure.

Cheers to our little man, beautiful babe, and son.

Hood Canal – February 2013

What a great weekend to get away. There were fewer of us attending this “retreat”, but still the same fun.

In getting all the necessary items for our 2 nights away from home, I managed to leave our camera SD card on the coffee table at home. Therefore I was only able to take a limited number of photos and in significantly lower quality. Here are a few of my favorites.

We are quckly approaching the time of solid foods. The term “solid” food is not accurate if you ask me. The first “solid” food that will pass Silas’s lip is pretty much a liquid. Anyway, I’ll keep you posted.
